The bone attached meat is called a Rib Eye steak. Rib Steaks are made from longissimus dorsi muscle and also it contains complexus and spinalis muscles. Rib Steak is a beef steak that is cut from a rib primal of a beef animal,with rib bone attached. The bone removed steak is called rib eye steak or Spencer steak in United States. In Australia and New Zealand "ribeye" is used when it is served with bone in. When it is served without bone it is called "Scotch fillet". Rib Eye is both flavorful and tender,coming from the lightly worked upper rib cage area. The edible fat of fat makes it excellent for quick and hot cookery.

  • Wash and rinse steak.
  • Rub steak with olive oil.

  • Cut onions and saute in one tbsp butter and place it aside.
  • Add one tbsp butter to pan, and add cut.
  • Fry all sides for eight minutes on master's degree low heat.
  • If the pan begins to dry add water, NOT OIL.
  • Eat with onions.
