  •  8 cloves garlic, peeled
  •  1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves 
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  •  1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


Directions;

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix along three tablespoons oil, cumin, red pepper flakes, oregano and salt to style in a very bowl and coat the steaks within the mixture.
