WHAT IS BEEF STEAK

A beef steak is a special cut of a beef. There are many types of beef steak are available for people around the world. The meat that are cut from the hip and chest of the beef, (from loin and rib) are cooked quickly. The chuck meat that is also called chuck steak, contains the part of a shoulder bones that is usually grilled or boiled. The thicker part is sell as 7-bone roast or chuck roast. Porterhouse
